Happy Thanksgiving!
November 22, 2007
I hope all of you have a happy Thanksgiving. The wife and I are doing a non-traditional thanksgiving this year. We’re going to have buffalo chicken wings, and some other wing flavors.
Last Sunday I indirect grilled a brined turkey on my new grill. I used some hickory to add some flavor, and it came out pretty good.
I hope all of you get to have some great time with your families, and get to enjoy the time off.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

I’m all for making new family traditions – that sounds like a great one. Hoping you and your family have a safe and happy holiday.

Hi Mike
I hope your holiday is going well.Somehow I knew your thanksgiving dinner would have something to do with the grill.
I hope it turned out well.

Thanks Steven! I will say, I don’t think I can suggest any other way to cook a turkey, except on the grill with some wood smoke.
I hope you and yours had a great thanksgiving!
Today, it’s all about the left overs!

Happy late T-day Mike!
We just kind of hung out around home and then went to go see a movie in the evening. Saw The Mist. I was sorely disappointed with it.
Because of everybody’s schedules, we’re having our dinner at Mom’s house tomorrow evening.

As long as you enjoyed it. You should have given us a yell though, you could have come over.
