I tend to like these kind of wallpapers the most, mostly because I wish I could take these kind of pictures.
A good source I found for wallpapers is http://interfacelift.com/. They have hi-res wallpapers for several widescreen resolutions, and even ones that stretch across miltiple monitors. I found that site because at the time I was looking for some good ones for my 1680×1050 LCD panel.
